• How much do i pay at the end of trip?
 You  pay  what the meter says in cab.
  • Can a driver refuse to take me?
 Yes, if drivers personal safety would be threatened or endangered, passenger is intoxicated, refuse to pre pay fare or passenger is in a filthy condition.
  • Pre book taxi
When you pre-order a taxi, this gives you priority. It is rare that your taxi will be late, however there may be times, due to a number of different reasons that are out of our control, your taxi is late. Please call us on 0508127742 to enquire about the whereabouts of your taxi. Half Price cabs do not hold any responsibility for any loss occurred due to late taxis eg. missed flights, missed appointments, not limited too etc. Please allow enough times between your pre book taxi and appointments in case the taxi is running late due to any reason and you need to arrange other transport method.
  • Can i open a Corporate account?

  • What if i leave something in the cab?
If you think you had left your property in one of our taxis, please ring our call center and let them know. All our taxi drivers deliver lost property to the nearest Police Station within 24 hours of discovering it in their vehicle
