We will Share your information with our drivers to perform the service, where enforced by law, will pass your information with your consent where required.

When you submit your information via our websites contact form or email, we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your information.

Pre bookings

When you pre-order a taxi, this gives you priority. It is rare that your taxi will be late, however there may be times, due to a number of different reasons that are out of our control, your taxi is late. Please call us on 0508127742 to enquire about the whereabouts of your taxi. Half Price cabs do not hold any responsibility for any loss occurred due to late taxis eg. missed flights, missed appointments, not limited too etc. Please allow enough times between your pre book taxi and appointments in case the taxi is running late due to any reason and you need to arrange other transport method.
